Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service – Terms and Conditions
1.Agreement Acceptance:
By engaging in any services provided by Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service,you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking.
2.Payment Policy:
a.The full payment of the total service fee is required to secure your reservation.
b.In the event of cancellation, a refund of 50% of the total service fee will be issued.All refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the Cancellations and Refunds section.Payments can be made via PayPal,Square and Credit or Debit Bank Card
3.Cancellations and Refunds:
a.The client may cancel the booking,a refund of 50% of the total service fee paid will be issued
b.Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in a forfeiture of the entire service fee paid. Cancellation made before the 7 days of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the total paid service fee will be issued.
c.Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4.Event Details:
a.The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including date,time,and location.
b.Any changes to the event details must be communicated to Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service at least 14days prior to the scheduled event.
5.Safety and Liability:
a.Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of participants.
b.The client acknowledges that engaging in foam-related activities involves inherent risks, and Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Services shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the event.
6.Venue Requirements:
a.The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the foam party at the chosen venue.
b.Adequate space,water supply,and electrical outlets must be provided by the client.
7.Equipment and Set-Up:
a.Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service will provide all necessary equipment for the foam party.
b.The client must ensure that the designated area is accessible for set-up and removal.
8.Code of Conduct:
a.Participants must follow the guidelines provided by Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service.
b.Any inappropriate behavior or misuse of equipment may result in the immediate termination of the foam party without refund.
9.Force Majeure:
Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature,government actions,and other unforeseen events.
10.Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of Missouri,and any disputes arising out of or inconnection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Organization selected by Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service.
By engaging in Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service,you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.Lucky’s Foam Factory Party Service reserves the right to modify these terms at anytime without prior notice.
